Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute the marketing plan.

- Prepare sales collateral aligned with the Indian market.

- Conduct competitive product studies to highlight product advantages.

- Coordinate lead management activities with distributors.

- Coordinate monthly sales forecasting activities with distributors.

- Support sales training for current distributor sales teams.

- Provide marketing support for exhibitions and promotional events.

- Manage social media activities.

- Ensure distributor marketing aligns with global brand visibility.

- Prepare customer success stories and case studies.

- Manage market research and market data activities.

- Extend on-site support as a product specialist to the field sales team.





- Drive and monitor field sales team customer visit activities whenever required.

Background & Skills:

- Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.

- Experience: Up to 10 years in Sales & Marketing or the Sheet Metal Industry.

- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in IT applications.

- Behavioral Competencies: Problem-solving attitude, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.

Functional Requirement:

- Reporting to Director / Business Head.
