Job Title: Business Development Associate (Tele Sales)

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are hiring motivated and target-driven Business Development Associates to promote and sell Ayurvedic healthcare products through outbound sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to promote and sell Ayurvedic healthcare products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth

. - Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with potential leads.





Eligibility - Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Handling.
- Experience in Healthcare, FMCG, Wellness, or Ayurvedic products will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
