Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate products or services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales,



or customer relationship management. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
