Position Details
Role: Business Development Associate (Inside Sales)
Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Occasional weekend work may be required during admission periods or to achieve team targets.Who Can Apply?

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate, you will:
Make outbound calls to prospective students.
Book demo sessions.
Conduct virtual and offline counselling sessions.
Guide students towards the right career path.
Maintain CRM records accurately.
Track leads and sales activities diligently.
Prepare daily sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams.
Continuously improve your sales and communication skills.
