We're looking for a hungry, driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team and help more businesses move to digital as we grow.

Role Description

This is not a sales job where you just take orders. We're looking for a hunter, someone who likes reaching out to people they don't know, building relationships from the ground up, and getting a real thrill from closing deals. Your job is to find businesses that need a digital presence or an upgrade, figure out what they need, and help them through the whole process, from the first conversation to signing the contract.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and contact businesses that need a current or better website before they know they need one.

Cold Outreach: Dial a lot, email a lot, and connect with a lot of people on LinkedIn.

Needs Assessment: Determine what the client needs and what the best solution for them is, whether it's a starter website or a custom e-commerce solution.

Full-Cycle Sales: Be responsible for the entire sales process,



from the initial pitch to the signing of the contract and payment of the deposit.

Pipeline Management: Be in control of everything and move the opportunities through the pipeline on a regular basis.

We believe in earning your seat. Here's exactly how it works:

Phase 1: Probation (Months 1-3)

10% commission on every deal closed (no base salary provided)

High potential earnings from Day 1 for high performers

Min. benchmark: 8+ deals closed/month to secure permanent position

Phase 2: Permanent Role (Month 4 Onwards)

Base Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000/month

Commission: 2% - 3%

Growth path: Senior BDA - Team Lead

Who You Are

You have a hunter mentality: resilient, target-driven, and unafraid of rejection

Excellent communicator and natural persuader

Self-disciplined enough to manage your own pipeline independently

Basic knowledge of web/digital platforms is a plus, but we'll train the right person

Freshers with high drive are welcome to apply
