Hiring: Business Development Executive B2B/OEM Sales

Location: Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi

CTC: Upto 4LPA

Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Understand client requirements and explain perfume OEM/private-label services.

Discuss fragrance, packaging, quantity, budget and customisation options.

Qualify leads, arrange meetings, share quotations/samples and follow up for closures.

Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, packaging and production.

Maintain CRM/sales records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Develop clients among perfume brands, D2C founders, retailers and distributors.

Preferred Candidate





Graduate in any discipline with 1–3 years’ experience in inside sales, B2B sales, telesales or business development.

Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, FMCG, private-label manufacturing or packaging preferred.

Robust Hindi & English communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Email, MS Excel and CRM.

Target-oriented, confident and organised.

Preferably based near Bawana or comfortable commuting.
