Heroxhost is a rapidly growing web hosting and cloud services company known for delivering fast, reliable, and affordable hosting solutions. To strengthen our expansion, we are building a dedicated sales team and looking for motivated, confident, and performance-driven professionals to join us.
Key Responsibilities
- Call inbound and outbound leads to promote Heroxhost hosting, domain, and server plans
- Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right hosting plan
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Manage follow-ups and maintain CRM records
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers
Requirements
- Prior sales experience preferred (Web Hosting / IT sales is a strong advantage)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, calls, email, and basic CRM tools
- High self-motivation and responsibility
