What You'll Do:

- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
- Learn how Business Development and Client Acquisition work in the real world.
- Generate and qualify leads for our recruitment services.
- Schedule meetings with HR professionals and business leaders.
- Understand clients' hiring requirements and introduce our recruitment solutions.
- Maintain records of leads and client interactions using Excel and CRM tools.
- Learn negotiation, communication,



and business development techniques directly from experienced mentors.

Who We're Looking For:

- Freshers with a Graduation degree (Any Stream)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali is a plus).
- Confident, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable speaking with new people over the call and email.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Someone who wants to build a career in Business Development, HR, or Recruitment.
