Business Development Associate (BDA) / Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and disciplined Business Development Associates/Executives to join our growing team. The role involves field sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and supporting business growth initiatives. Candidates should be willing to travel for field work and build solid relationships with prospective clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through field visits, online platforms, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote the company's products and services.
- Assist the sales team by contacting prospective customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, explain product offerings, and generate business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and lead status using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitor activities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations,



and follow-up activities to convert leads into customers.
- Support business development campaigns, exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Learn and implement professional sales techniques, customer relationship management, and effective business communication.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular activity and field visit reports.

- Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical understanding is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18–28 years
- Qualification: Graduation or higher
- Domicile: Madhya Pradesh (Mandatory)
- Location Preference: Candidates from Madhya Pradesh only. Applicants residing in or near Bhopal will be preferred.

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on qualification, skills, and interview performance)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
