Adani Defence & Aerospace is strengthening its Missile Program with a strategic focus on expanding capabilities through add-ons, upgrades, system enhancements, and recent integrations. We are looking for an experienced Business Development to lead growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and drive customer engagement within the missile systems domain.

The incumbent will play a critical role in developing and securing add-on programs, collaborating with defence customers and internal stakeholders, and supporting the overall growth of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

- Identify, evaluate, and develop business opportunities related to missile add-ons, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Drive the complete business development lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

- Engage with defence customers, government agencies, armed forces, and industry stakeholders to understand emerging capability requirements.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent Adani Defence & Aerospace in customer meetings, technical reviews, industry forums, and defence exhibitions.

Proposal & Bid Management

- Support preparation of techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and business cases.
- Lead and coordinate RFP/RFI response activities and bid management processes.
- Ensure timely submission of competitive and compliant proposals aligned with customer requirements.

Program Coordination

- Work closely with engineering, program management, and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Track ongoing missile program developments and identify opportunities for incremental offerings, enhancements, and capability upgrades.
- Support solution development for missile integration, upgrades, and future capability expansion initiatives.
