Business Analyst – Procurement Transformation Pune · Full Time · Hybrid About the Role Work as a Business Analyst on procurement transformation projects across Source-to-Full Time, Order-to-Receipt, and Invoice-to-Pay processes, gathering and analyzing business requirements to drive project execution. The role involves supporting process design, solution definition, and stakeholder communication. Success in this role means effective collaboration with technical and product teams, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for procurement transformation projects.
- Support process design, current-state and to-be-state documentation, gap analysis, and solution definition.
- Drive daily scrum discussions and track bottlenecks to support project leads in programme execution.
- Prepare management-level presentations, dashboards, reports, and stakeholder communication packs.
- Translate business requirements for technical and product teams.
- Coordinate across business and technology teams to ensure project deliverables.

Requirements





- Develop and maintain procurement transformation and Source-to-Full Time domain knowledge.
- Utilize experience with Ariba, Fieldglass, procurement tools, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and ADO boards.
- Apply solid business analysis, process design, requirement gathering, and agile delivery skills.
- Work with senior stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
- Leverage proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, and reporting / dashboard design.
- Demonstrate strong communication, influencing, multitasking, and problem-solving ability.
- Have 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in procurement transformation projects.
- Have experience in Ariba or Fieldglass.

Good to Have

- Have SAP certification in Fieldglass, Ariba, Sourcing, or Procurement.
