About The Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) to join our dynamic team at JRD Systems. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. You will act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the translation of business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Your expertise in project management methodologies, business analysis, and Agile practices will enable you to drive projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in project management and business analysis within a technology environment. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.

Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or PRINCE2 are highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps. A solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows,



and basic SQL is essential.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with DevOps practices and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau, will be advantageous. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities As a Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst at JRD Systems, your core responsibilities will include: Leading end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Developing detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocations to facilitate smooth project execution.

Coordinating cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Preparing comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for stakeholders and leadership.

Managing change requests, assessing impacts, and obtaining necessary approvals to adapt project scope as needed.

Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements through various techniques like BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.

Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to elicit and validate requirements.

Performing impact analysis and maintaining requirement traceability throughout project lifecycles.

Translating business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for development teams.

Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT),



validating solutions, and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations.

Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs for optimal delivery.

Tracking sprint progress, identifying impediments, and ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Promoting Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within teams.

Serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.

Communicating project updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies effectively to all stakeholders.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
