- Solid Business Analyst experience in Banking/Digital Banking projects.
- Exposure to DPDP Compliance, Data Privacy, Consent Management, Regulatory Compliance, GDPR, or similar initiatives.
- Strong understanding of
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- BRD, FSD/FRD, DFD, RTM
- Functional and Process Flow Documentation
- Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
- Customer Onboarding and Digital Banking Journeys
- Ability to explain end-to-end business processes and stakeholder interactions.
