About The Role

What if your MBA — your hard-won expertise in corporate finance, market strategy, and business operations — could directly shape how AI advises executives and drives decisions for millions of businesses around the world?

We're looking for MBA-qualified professionals to work with Alignerr, partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. You'll stress-test AI reasoning on the toughest business problems, author gold-standard solutions, and ensure these models are truly ready to function as sophisticated partners for executive decision-making.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do

- Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced business cases and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more

- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Produce rigorous, step-by-step responses complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales that serve as the "golden standard" for AI training

- Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional-grade quality





- Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical flaws in AI reasoning — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback

Who You Are

- Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution

- Strong foundational knowledge across at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management

- Skilled at synthesizing complex data into transparent, executive-style analysis and recommendations

- Precise and methodical — you catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and business logic

- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

- No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy

- Background in data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems

- Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL

- Experience producing board-level or C-suite communications and deliverables
