We're Hiring | BIM Team Lead ?

We're looking for a BIM Team Lead to drive BIM implementation, lead high-performing teams, and deliver world-class Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions across complex projects.

? Position: BIM Team Lead

? Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and mentor a team of BIM Modelers and Coordinators.

✔ Drive CAD-to-BIM transition and BIM implementation across projects.

✔ Develop BIM standards, templates, workflows, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

✔ Coordinate multidisciplinary models (Architecture, Structure & MEP).

✔ Lead clash detection, coordination meetings, and QA/QC reviews.

✔ Implement digital workflows, automation, and process improvements.

✔ Ensure timely delivery of high-quality BIM models and documentation.

✔ Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

✅ 7–10 years of BIM experience with 2–3 years in a leadership role.

✅ Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC .





✅ Sound knowledge of ISO 19650 , LOD frameworks, and BIM coordination.

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Experience managing multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.

⭐ Preferred:

- Experience on large commercial or complex infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper, Digital Twin, IFC workflows, or sustainability tools.
- BIM certifications are an added advantage.
