Job Summary

The Buggy Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests, staff, and light materials within the resort premises while providing courteous and professional service. The role ensures timely transportation, vehicle cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely drive the resort buggy within designated areas.
- Pick up and drop off guests, staff, and visitors as required.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with boarding, luggage, and directions.
- Follow all traffic and safety rules within the property.
- Conduct daily inspections of the buggy (battery, tyres, brakes, lights, horn, and cleanliness).
- Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately.
- Keep the buggy clean, charged, and ready for operation at all times.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Restaurant, Banquet, and Security teams for guest transportation requests.
- Assist during events by transporting guests and event materials when required.
- Ensure safe driving at all times and avoid overspeeding or reckless driving.
- Maintain a logbook of trips, charging schedules, and maintenance requirements.




- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Valid Driving Licence (LMV) preferred.
- Previous experience as a buggy driver, driver, or in the hospitality industry is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:
- Good driving skills and road safety awareness.
- Courteous and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic communication skills in Tamil; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Standing, walking, and driving for extended periods.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Protected and accident-free driving.
- Guest satisfaction with transportation service.
- Timely response to transportation requests.
- Proper maintenance and cleanliness of the buggy.
- Compliance with resort safety and operational procedur
