We're looking for someone who can think strategically, create engaging content, manage social media professionally, and collaborate with our creative team to build brands that people remember.

What You'll Do

- Develop brand strategies for different clients.
- Plan monthly content calendars.
- Research competitors, trends, and target audiences.
- Write captions, hooks, scripts, and creative briefs.
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube accounts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and AI creatives.
- Plan and direct content shoots.
- Schedule and publish content.
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Brainstorm campaign ideas, launches, and marketing concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across every platform.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Brand Strategy, Social Media Management, or Content Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Experience creating content calendars and campaign strategies.




- Ability to write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy.
- Strong understanding of branding and storytelling.
- Comfortable handling multiple client accounts.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Confident in client communication and meetings.

AI Skills (Preferred)

Experience with any of the following tools will be a major advantage:

- Higgsfield

You don't need to know every tool, but you should be excited about using AI to improve creativity and productivity.

- Have worked with luxury or premium brands.
- Understand viral content and social media trends.
- Can confidently present ideas to clients.
- Have basic knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn marketing.
- Think strategically—not just creatively.
- Take ownership of projects from planning to execution.
