We are looking for a Brand Manager to manage and strengthen the brand presence of our projects. The role involves planning and executing brand and marketing initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring consistent brand communication across channels. Job Details:

Location: Baner, Pune.

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

Work Mode: Work from Office. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies for real estate projects.

Manage brand positioning, communication, and overall brand identity.





Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams.

Develop and manage marketing and branding collaterals.

Monitor campaign performance and track key marketing metrics.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms.

Manage marketing budgets and timelines effectively.

Execute project launches, events, and other brand initiatives. Must-Have Requirements:

Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
