Role Description
? We’re Hiring | Brand Manager – Hydration

Mario Foods is entering the Hydration category, and we’re looking for an entrepreneurial Brand Manager who wants to build a category and brand from the ground up.
This is not a traditional brand-management role. You will own the brand end-to-end — strategy, positioning, consumer acquisition, D2C growth, marketplaces, communication,
innovation and business results.
What you’ll drive
- Brand strategy, positioning & communication
- D2C growth, customer acquisition & retention
- Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce growth
- Consumer insights & category opportunities
- Product innovation & recent launches
- Brand P&L; / commercial outcomes and growth
- Working closely with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Finance & agencies
Who are we looking for?
Someone with 3–5 years of experience in Brand/Category Management, with mandatory D2C experience. FMCG, beverages, nutrition, wellness, sports nutrition or hydration experience will be a strong advantage.
