What you'll own

Client & Brand Management (Core focus - ~50-60%)

- Understand brand goals, monthly deliverables and campaign priorities

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution

- Manage client communication and follow-through

- Track deliverables and keep projects moving

- Contribute ideas that improve resultsnot just complete tasks

Social, Digital & Content Execution (~20-30%)

- Plan and execute activities across social and digital channels

- Schedule and publish content across platforms

- Support ORM (online reputation management) and community engagement

- Research trends, audience behaviour and opportunities

- Assist with influencer activations and collaborations

Creative Contribution (~10-20%)

- Write content and captions for brands when required

- Create basic designs and presentation-ready creatives when needed

- Work with design and content teams to bring ideas alive

- Participate in campaign brainstorming and ideation

Performance & Growth (~10-20%)

- Activate and monitor digital ads

- Create media and performance reports





- Track campaign outcomes and identify insights

- Support optimisation to improve results

- Extended Brand Support (Varies by account)

Depending on brand requirements, you may also:

- Manage Reddit and community-led conversations

- Coordinate shoots and content production

- Identify and onboard influencers

- Negotiate commercials with creators, photographers and vendors

- Support campaign launches and special projects
