Brand Creative Lead Location: Chennai

Experience: 5–8 Years About the Role We're looking for a creative leader to define and elevate Shyaway's brand identity across every customer touchpoint. You'll lead brand storytelling, campaign ideation, creative production, and ensure a consistent, high-quality visual experience across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities Lead Shyaway's overall creative vision and brand storytelling.

Develop innovative campaign concepts and seasonal creative themes.

Plan and direct photoshoots, videos, and creative productions.

Build compelling visual narratives aligned with the brand identity.

Collaborate with designers, photographers, stylists, editors, content creators, and agencies.

Ensure brand consistency across website, social media, retail, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Review and approve creative assets to maintain quality and brand standards.

Stay ahead of fashion, design, and consumer trends to bring fresh creative ideas.

Work closely with marketing and business teams to translate objectives into impactful creative campaigns.

Requirements 5–8 years of experience in creative leadership, branding, advertising,



or fashion/lifestyle marketing.

Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns and creative direction.

Experience managing photoshoots and creative productions.

Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and project management skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional creative teams and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands.

Knowledge of current digital, social media, and content trends.
