Role Description The Branch Manager – Voltage Stabiliser (Telangana) will lead branch operations and sales activities for Livpower Industries India Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and managing key dealer and distributor relationships within the region.

Day-to-day tasks include overseeing branch staff, planning and executing local sales strategies, monitoring inventory and branch finances, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.

The Branch

Manager will also handle customer escalations, coordinate with service teams for after-sales support, and report performance metrics and market insights to senior management. The role requires regular field visits, competitor analysis,



and participation in local marketing initiatives to grow Livpower’s voltage stabilizer business across Telangana.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in branch management, regional sales, or business development, preferably in electrical, power solutions, or consumer durables.
- Solid skills in team leadership, people management, and performance coaching to guide branch staff effectively.
- Competence in sales planning, territory management, and channel development (dealers, distributors, retailers).
- Ability to manage branch operations, including basic financial tracking, inventory oversight, and process compliance.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or basic business software.
- Understanding of voltage stabilizers, power backup products, or related electrical equipment is an advantage; willingness to learn technical product details is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with frequent travel within Telangana for customer and channel visits.
- High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and focus on achieving targets while maintaining service quality.
