Role Description The Branch Manager – Voltage Stabiliser (Tamil Nadu) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales growth, and expanding market presence for Livpower’s voltage stabilizer products across Tamil Nadu.

Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring the branch team, setting and monitoring sales targets, coordinating with distributors and retailers, and ensuring excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Manager will also handle budgeting and reporting, maintain inventory and logistics efficiency, and implement local marketing initiatives aligned with company strategy.



The role requires close collaboration with the head office to ensure compliance with company policies, timely execution of campaigns, and continuous improvement in branch performance.

Qualifications

- Strong branch management and leadership capabilities, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and staff development.
- Proficiency in sales and business development, with experience in dealer/distributor management and channel expansion, preferably in electrical or consumer durables.
- Competence in operations and inventory management, including coordination of logistics, stock control, and branch administration.
- Effective customer relationship and service skills, with the ability to handle escalations, ensure timely support, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams, partners, and customers across Tamil Nadu.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve branch results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in managing a branch or regional operations; experience in voltage stabilizers, power solutions, or related electrical products is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in office in Chennai, with willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu as required for branch and market activities.
