Job Summary: The Branch Operations role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of branch activities, maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role involves coordination across teams, process adherence, and supporting business growth.

Role & responsibilities:

- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and provide timely resolution
- Monitor and manage documentation, data entry, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with sales, credit, and collections teams for seamless operations
- Ensure proper handling of cash, disbursements, and reconciliation (if applicable)
- Track branch performance and prepare MIS reports
- Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) for all operational processes
- Support onboarding, training, and supervision of branch staff




- Ensure proper maintenance of branch infrastructure and assets

Key Requirements:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- 15 years of experience in branch operations (NBFC/BFSI preferred)
- Robust understanding of operational processes and compliance
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of loan processing / financial products
- Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance
- Team handling experience (for managerial roles)
- Generally 2-4 years in Branch Operation, mortgage loans (LAP), or housing finance.
