Role Description The Branch Manager – Voltage Stabiliser (Punjab) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana.

The Branch

Manager will oversee branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and coordination with distributors and retailers for voltage stabilizers and related products. Daily responsibilities include setting and tracking sales targets, managing branch staff, monitoring market trends in Punjab, and implementing promotional activities to grow market share. The role also involves ensuring timely order fulfillment, maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners, and preparing regular performance reports for senior management.

Manager will work closely with the head office to align branch strategies with company objectives and uphold Livpower’s standards for service quality and product reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong branch and operations management skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
- Sales and business development abilities, with experience in dealer/distributor networks, channel management, and market expansion.
- Customer relationship and service management skills, with a focus on problem-solving, after-sales support, and retention.
- Basic technical understanding of electrical or power products (preferably voltage stabilizers or related equipment) to communicate product value effectively.
- Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and reporting, including use of MS Office and common business productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in en_US and local languages as applicable to the Punjab market.
- Ability to work independently, make data-informed decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in electrical or consumer durable industry is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a branch manager or regional sales role, preferably within Punjab or similar markets.
