Role Description The Branch Manager – Voltage Stabiliser (Haryana) is a full time, on-site role based in Sonipat. This role involves overseeing branch operations, managing sales and service activities, and ensuring effective distribution of voltage stabilisers and related products in the region.

The Branch

Manager will lead and mentor the branch team, set and monitor sales targets, coordinate with channel partners and key customers, and ensure excellent customer service and timely after-sales support. Daily tasks include planning market visits, tracking inventory and logistics, preparing performance reports, aligning branch activities with company policies, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.



The role also requires collaboration with senior management to develop local growth strategies and drive brand visibility in Haryana.

Qualifications

- Sales and business development skills, including territory management, lead generation, and relationship building with distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Branch operations and team management skills, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and staff coaching in a branch or regional office environment.
- Customer service and after-sales support skills, with the ability to handle escalations, resolve technical or service issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Basic technical understanding of voltage stabilisers and power products, with the ability to communicate product benefits and specifications clearly.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and local languages relevant to Haryana.
- Analytical and reporting skills, including use of MS Office or similar tools for sales tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to work on-site in Sonipat, travel within Haryana for client and channel partner meetings, and operate independently with accountability for results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in electrical, consumer durables, or power solutions is an advantage.
