Role Description The Branch Manager – Voltage Stabiliser Karnataka role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role oversees branch operations, including sales, distribution, and service activities for voltage stabilizers and related power products in the Karnataka region.

The Branch

Manager will lead and develop the branch team, set and monitor sales targets, manage key customer relationships, and ensure excellent after-sales support. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing regional sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with headquarters on inventory and pricing, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves market development, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong partnerships with dealers,



retailers, and institutional clients.

Qualifications

- Experience in branch or regional management, preferably in electrical, electronics, or power solutions industries, with a strong focus on sales and operations.
- Proficiency in team leadership, performance management, and staff development to drive branch results and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, including handling key accounts, resolving service issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to plan and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for the Karnataka region.
- Solid understanding of voltage stabilizers or related electrical products, with the ability to communicate technical advantages in clear, practical terms.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent management qualification is beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other digital tools for sales tracking and branch administration.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, travel within Karnataka as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
