Role Description The Branch Manager – Voltage Stabiliser Kerala role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram. The branch manager will oversee daily branch operations, including sales, distribution, and service activities for Livpower voltage stabilisers in the Kerala region.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the branch team, setting and achieving sales targets, developing local dealer and retailer networks, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating installation and after-sales service, monitoring inventory, maintaining compliance with company policies, and preparing regular performance reports.



The branch manager will also support local marketing initiatives, build strong relationships with business partners, and provide market feedback to senior management to drive growth in the region.

Qualifications

- Solid branch management and leadership skills, with experience supervising teams and driving performance.
- Sales and business development skills, including dealer network expansion, key account management, and target achievement.
- Knowledge of electrical products or voltage stabilisers and basic technical understanding of power solutions (preferred).
- Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to resolve issues and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Operational and administrative skills, including inventory management, reporting, and compliance with company processes.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills in English and local languages; strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram, travel within Kerala as needed, and adapt to a fast-moving market environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in consumer electronics or electrical industry is an advantage.
