Role Description The Branch Manager – Voltage Stabilizer (Andhra Pradesh) will lead branch operations in Vishakhapatnam, overseeing sales, service, and customer support for Livpower’s stabilizer portfolio. This full time, on-site role includes managing branch staff, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The Branch

Manager will develop and implement local sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers, and identify new business opportunities in the region. Daily responsibilities include reviewing sales reports, coordinating with the head office for inventory and logistics, handling escalated customer issues, and ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.



The role also involves market analysis, competitor tracking, and contributing to branch-level budgeting and planning.

Qualifications

- Strong branch management and operations skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and process implementation.
- Proficiency in sales and business development, with experience in dealer/distributor management and regional market expansion.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to handle queries, resolve escalations, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Basic technical understanding of voltage stabilizers or power solutions, with the ability to coordinate effectively with service and technical teams.
- Good analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with data, MS Office tools, and preparing sales and operations reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; prior experience in electrical, power backup, or consumer electronics industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam, travel within Andhra Pradesh as needed, and adapt to a fast-growing, target-driven environment.
