Education: Bachelors degree required (Graduation) or above in any stream.
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Gold Loan / BFSI branch operations, with exposure to branch management.
Key Responsibilities Drive Branch Performance & AUM Growth: Lead end-to-end branch performance with accountability for AUM, revenue, and profitability through acquisition, retention, and demand generation.
Ensure Gold Appraisal Excellence: Ensure 100% right valuation capturing correct cartage, proper stone deduction, and avoiding spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
Branch Operations Management: Ensure seamless branch operations with strict adherence to SOPs, TATs, and process governance, maintaining zero operational gaps. KYC & Compliance: Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all Rupeek processes and policies including KYC adherence and online registration.
Customer Relationship Management:
Bring in new customers and maintain solid relationships with existing customers to generate renewal and referral business. Resolve all customer doubts and queries during loan processing.
Business Development: Participate in BTL and on-ground activities to improve brand visibility in the catchment area and generate leads for prospective customers.
Team Leadership: Guide and manage branch staff, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance.
Essential Skills
Strong Gold Appraisal skills hands-on experience with valuation, checking, and handling 3-4 years GL (Gold Loan) experience Familiarity with branch operations (1-2 years in an operational role) Sales-oriented with strong customer experience (Cx) handling Maturity in managing branch dynamics in relevant geography Excellent communication skills in local language; elementary English 2-wheeler and valid Driving License mandatory
