We are recruiting Branch Manager – Ernakulam

KLM Assets Fin is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Ernakulam branch. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a Branch Manager or equivalent leadership role within an NBFC or Chit Fund organization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and guiding the team to achieve organizational objectives while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Preferred Candidates:

- Residents of Ernakulam, Kaloor or nearby locations
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

- Sound knowledge of NBFC/Chit Fund operations and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall functioning and administration of the branch.




- Drive business growth by achieving assigned subscription and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Supervise collection activities to ensure timely recovery of chit installments.
- Support and guide field executives to improve collection performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate branch employees to maximize productivity and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, statutory regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor branch performance through regular reviews and implement corrective measures wherever necessary.
- Identify potential business risks and take proactive steps to minimize defaults while improving portfolio quality.
