About the Role

Sugam Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage our Tumakuru branch. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in branch operations, field sales, collections, and team management within the transportation or logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
- Drive business growth through field sales and customer acquisition.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor branch profitability, operational efficiency, and service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.




- Conduct 1015 customer/market visits daily to strengthen business relationships and generate new opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in a Transportation/Logistics company.

- Team Handling
- Proven ability to achieve business and collection targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid Driving Licence (DL).
- Willingness to travel extensively for daily market visits.
