Key Responsibilities
- Drive Micro LAP business through open market sourcing.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop business through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
- Ensure quality sourcing, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical
Preferred candidate profile
- Branch Manager: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Micro LAP/LAP/Mortgage sales.(location is Chennai and Vellore)
- Regional Sales Manager / Cluster Sales Manager: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Micro LAP/LAP/Mortgage sales.(location is Chennai)
- Mandatory team handling experience.
- Strong experience in open market sourcing.
- Positive network in the local market with proven business delivery.
- Excellent leadership, relationship management, and sales skills.
