Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our textile retail store. The role involves driving sales performance, managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop strategies to increase store revenue and footfall
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions
- Analyze sales reports and market trends

2. Store Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Ensure proper stock management and inventory control
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and display standards
- Ensure smooth billing and cash handling processes

3. Team Management & Leadership

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team
- Conduct staff scheduling and shift planning
- Train and develop employees to improve performance
- Handle staff discipline and performance issues

4. Customer Experience

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
- Build long-term customer relationships




- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements

5. Visual Merchandising

- Ensure attractive product displays as per brand guidelines
- Coordinate with merchandising team for seasonal displays
- Maintain product visibility and store aesthetics

6. Inventory & Stock Control

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Conduct regular stock audits
- Minimize stock loss, damages, and pilferage

7. Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with head office for operational updates

Qualifications

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
