Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bellary for a Branch Manager and Business Development Executive. The role includes overseeing branch operations, leading local teams, and ensuring timely and quality execution of solar projects across residential, commercial, and agricultural segments. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with customers, government bodies, and channel partners, and managing end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure.

The Branch

Manager and Business Development Executive will monitor project performance,



coordinate with technical and logistics teams, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role also requires preparing periodic reports, forecasts, and market insights to support strategic decisions and branch growth.

Qualifications

Solid business development and sales skills, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation.

Experience in branch or operations management, with the ability to oversee teams, workflows, and project delivery.

Knowledge of solar energy, EPC projects, or related infrastructure sectors, including basic understanding of regulatory and subsidy frameworks.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presenting solutions and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including market analysis, forecasting, and decision-making under time constraints.

Ability to work on-site in Bellary, travel locally as required, and maintain a customer-focused, ethical approach to business.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field; relevant experience in solar or renewable energy is an advantage.

Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools; familiarity with project management practices is beneficial.
