Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and target-driven Centre Manager / Branch Head to lead complete branch operations, admissions growth, team management, student satisfaction, and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should have solid leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage branch performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Management

- Handle complete day-to-day branch operations smoothly.
- Ensure proper functioning of counselling, academics, administration, and student support activities.
- Maintain discipline, infrastructure, and operational standards of the centre.

Revenue Generation & Admissions

- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Drive branch growth through sales, marketing, and lead conversion activities.
- Monitor enquiry handling, follow-ups, walk-ins, and conversion ratio.

Team Leadership

- Lead counsellors, trainers, admin staff, and support team.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance.
- Motivate staff to achieve branch goals and KPIs.

Student Relationship Management

- Ensure excellent student experience and satisfaction.
- Resolve student and parent concerns professionally.
- Maintain retention and positive branch reputation.

Reporting & MIS

- Share daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports with management.
- Maintain records of admissions, collections, expenses, attendance, and productivity.
- Ensure proper use of MS Office tools for reporting and analysis.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹730,000.00 per year
