Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and fitness teams.

- Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.

- Monitor membership renewals and retention activities.

- Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns.

- Maintain operational standards, hygiene, and safety.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

- Coordinate with management on business growth initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 3–7 years of experience in gym, fitness, retail, hospitality, or service industry.

- Solid leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and sales abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/software systems.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
