DHANMITHRA Marketing and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, lead a team, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and operational management skills with a proven ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the overall operations and administration of the branch.

· Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

· Lead, train, and motivate branch staff.

· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Monitor branch performance, revenue, and profitability.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

· Handle customer queries and resolve escalations effectively.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.





· Maintain accurate branch records and documentation.

Experience & Skills

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in branch management, sales, marketing, or financial services.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Target-oriented with good business development abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary & Benefits

· ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
