Role Overview :

As an SAP BW-IP Consultant, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated planning and reporting solutions. You will work closely with functional stakeholders and business process owners to translate complex financial and operational requirements into robust SAP BW/4HANA and Integrated Planning models.

Your work will directly influence the accuracy of enterprise-level forecasting and the efficiency of data-driven decision-making processes, ensuring that our clients maintain a competitive edge through optimized data architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop complex planning scenarios using SAP BW-IP to support financial budgeting and forecasting requirements for enterprise clients.
- Migrate and optimize legacy data models into SAP BW/4HANA environments to improve system performance and data accessibility.
- Configure and maintain SAP CPM modules to ensure seamless integration between project management data and financial planning workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and refine data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications,



ensuring that all developed solutions align with industry best practices and client-specific governance standards.
- Provide expert-level support during the full project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and system design to post-implementation maintenance and user training.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying SAP BW-IP solutions, with a deep understanding of planning functions, filters, and sequences.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end implementations within SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA environments, including performance tuning and complex data modeling.
- Solid functional knowledge of SAP CPM, with the ability to integrate project-based financial data into broader enterprise planning frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, enabling you to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of productivity and collaboration across distributed teams in Hyderabad and Mumbai.
- A minimum of 8-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP BI/BW consulting, supported by a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW-IP Consultant with strong expertise in Commercial Project Management (CPM) processes within SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting planning, forecasting, project financial controlling, and profitability reporting solutions using SAP BW-IP/BPC Embedded, integrated with S/4HANA Project Systems (PS), Controlling (CO), Finance (FI), and Margin Analysis.

The role requires close collaboration with CPM, Finance, Project Management, and Operations teams to enable effective project cost control, revenue forecasting, margin tracking, and management reporting.
