What Youll Do :

- Build and scale high-impact product features across our healthcare platform
- Develop production-grade applications using Python, JavaScript, AWS, React, MySQL/Postgres, and Linux
- Leverage AI tools, LLMs, automation frameworks, and modern AI workflows to accelerate development and improve customer experiences
- Design APIs, improve system performance, debug production issues, and own features end-to-end
- Collaborate closely with product, design, data, and business teams in a fast-paced startup environment
- Drive innovation across telemedicine, personalization, automation, growth,



and pharmacy experiences

What Were Looking For :

- 3 years of software engineering experience in product/startup environments
- Robust coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar modern technologies
- Passion for technology, AI-assisted development, and building products users love
- Experience working with AI/ML tools, LLMs, LangChain, vector databases, n8n, MCP servers, or similar frameworks is a big plus
- Ownership mindset - you move fast, learn quickly, and thrive in ambiguity
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- BE/BTech from a top institution preferred
