About the Opportunity

We are expanding our Structural BIM team to support the delivery of prestigious building projects across the Middle East. We are seeking passionate BIM professionals with expertise in structural modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, and BIM project delivery.

BIM Structural Engineer (3 Positions)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate 3D structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings, sections, elevations, details, and structural documentation.
- Produce reinforcement and structural shop drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate structural models with Architectural and MEP disciplines.
- Participate in clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
- Update BIM models based on consultant comments and project revisions.
- Generate schedules, quantities, and drawing sheets directly from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, BEP, naming conventions, and ISO 19650 workflows.
- Maintain model accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams to achieve project milestones.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 3–6 years of Structural BIM experience.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure and AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks.
- Experience on Middle East building projects is preferred.
- Good understanding of reinforced concrete and structural steel detailing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
