- Prepare coordinated Revit models and shop drawings.
- Develop Revit families, including generic and parametric families, to accurately represent the components.
- Utilize interference checks and clash detection, resolving clashes as per project requirements.
- Create required families based on project specifications and design requirements.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure alignment with project objectives and standards.
- Set up projects and templates for design work, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct frequent site visits to understand site conditions and resolve clashes as needed.
- Prepare coordinated Revit models, shop drawings, and as-built drawings to reflect project changes and updates.
- Coordinate models with architectural, interior, and structural designs to ensure integration and functionality.
Preferred candidate profile
- Familiarity with other BIM software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is added advantage.
- Extensive experience with REVIT and AUTOCAD 2D & 3D.
