Role Description The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and coordination across design and documentation phases. Day-to-day tasks include preparing architectural drawings, construction documentation, and submittals, while collaborating with architects, interior designers, and engineers to resolve design and coordination issues. The role involves maintaining BIM standards, updating models as projects evolve, and supporting project teams with detailed 3D modeling and clash detection.





This is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati, requiring regular interaction with the design team and, when needed, site visits to support implementation of design intent.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture with the ability to interpret and develop Architectural Drawings.

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, including model creation and coordination.

Experience preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.

Ability to manage and review Submittals and ensure alignment with design and project specifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.

Competence in relevant BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) and familiarity with industry standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented team environment.

Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
