We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Manager to lead our hospital billing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensure timely and accurate claim submissions, manage insurance coordination, and lead the billing team to achieve operational excellence. The candidate should have solid leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of hospital billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the billing department to ensure accurate and timely billing.

- Develop, implement, and maintain billing policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with hospital billing standards, insurance regulations, and applicable healthcare guidelines.

- Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve billing discrepancies, claim rejections,



and reimbursement issues.

- Monitor billing performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

- Generate and present billing reports, revenue analysis, and key performance metrics to senior management.

- Lead, mentor, and supervise the billing team while driving productivity and performance.

- Collaborate with clinical, finance, and administrative departments to ensure seamless revenue cycle operations.

- Ensure accurate patient billing, payment reconciliation, and outstanding receivables management.

- Stay updated on healthcare billing regulations, payer policies, and industry best practices.
