Key Responsibilities

- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify billing details, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Maintain billing records and customer account information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with collections.
- Process credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments.
- Reconcile billing records with accounts receivable.
- Prepare billing reports and maintain documentation.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and GST regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in billing, accounts, or finance.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/billing software such as Tally, ERP, or SAP.
- Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
