- Create freight invoices in TruckMate after Proof of Delivery (POD) confirmation or issue resolution.
- Follow customer-specific billing instructions, including invoice format and delivery requirements.
- Process invoices in both TruckMate and AS400 systems during the transition period.
- Generate invoices in CargoWise for Forwarding operations.
- Process Centerline invoices for legacy service lines.
- Manage HAR (Hold and Release) billing workflows and customer approvals.
- Verify invoice accuracy against shipment and customer billing requirements.
- Handle EDI 204 (Load Tender) and EDI 210 (Freight Invoice) transactions.
- Monitor and resolve EDI transmission errors and exceptions.
- Retrieve POD, BOL, and delivery documents through Synergize/HubTrans to support invoicing and dispute resolution.
