- Manage billing processes, including invoicing, purchase invoice processing, and GST filling.
- Ensure timely submission of TDS returns and TDS filing for accurate tax compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments, credits, and debit notes in the system.
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers.
- Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, or invoices.
