About the Role - The Senior Financial Planning & Controls Analyst will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and internal controls at Bhoomi Farms.

You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams to convert financial and operational data into actionable insights that support better business decisions.

The role offers exposure to pricing, inventory, logistics, warehouse, and farm operations, along with opportunities to work on financial modelling, dashboards, automation, and business problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closing activities.

Analyse budget vs. actuals, identify variances, and provide actionable insights.

Build and maintain financial dashboards, MIS, and performance reports.

Present financial insights and analysis to senior leadership.

Support cash flow management and working capital analysis.

Drive financial modelling for new initiatives, expansions, and business decisions.

Develop scenario-based analysis to address complex and open-ended business problems.

Design, implement, and monitor financial controls,



SOPs, and governance mechanisms.

Identify financial and process risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

Support AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, audit, and compliance activities as required.

Drive automation, process improvement, and data-quality initiatives across Finance.

Work with business teams to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.

Use analytical approaches to evaluate products/SKUs and business performance.

What We're Looking For B.Com + MBA (Finance) or CA.

4–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, financial controls, reporting, business finance, or a similar role.

Strong analytical, financial modelling, and data interpretation skills.

Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, and automation.

Strong experience with Power BI and financial/business dashboards.

Exposure to GCP, Teradata, or Hadoop will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.

Ability to work with complex data and solve ambiguous business problems.

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain financial insights to stakeholders.

High attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.

Willingness to work Monday–Saturday. Good to Have

Experience in agriculture, food processing, manufacturing, retail, supply chain, or similar operational businesses will be an added advantage.
