Job Purpose:

To run initiatives aligned with key business objectives to achieve the bank's goal of business leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

Branch Management: Scope RM/PB customers for leads/joint calls, plan catchment area activities, ensure RM/PB activation, and create excitement in branches through sanctions/contests/recognition.

Lead Generation/Logins: Follow up on calls for documents, check document completeness, review financials/bank statements, collect property documents for legal/valuation, handle KYCs, clarify points with customers, update SPE, and submit files to operations for scanning and legal/valuation.

Cross Selling: Act as a one-stop shop for EEG clients, providing suitable financial products (Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, Other Assets), and monitor/track leads.





Renewals: List monthly renewals, work on them in advance, communicate document requirements to customers, follow up for documents, check completeness, study financials/bank statements, address customer issues, update SPE, hand over to operations for scanning, follow post-login formalities, and process extensions for genuine delays.

CAM Conditions Review/OBA Review: Conduct monthly churn review for OBA and monthly conditions review for both OBA and CAM.

Portfolio Management and Housekeeping (HK): Reduce HK, close critical and high aging items, and carry out SVR/Call Memo/plant visit reports.

Stock Insurance/Pro****perty Insurance: Communicate premium to customers, collect required documents, and submit to operations.
