Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and support Business Automation Workflow (BAW) applications and solutions.

- Design, configure, and integrate BAW components based on business requirements and use cases.

- Participate in requirement gathering and analysis sessions to understand client needs.

- Create and deploy workflow automation solutions that integrate with other systems like IBM, BPM, and other enterprise applications.

- Optimize workflows and processes for performance and scalability.

- Develop and customize BAW services, interfaces, and processes to meet specific business requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within BAW applications.

- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and testers.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed BAW solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in BAW (Business Automation Workflow) development or related technologies.

- Strong proficiency in BAW tools like IBM BPM, IBM BAW,



and related technologies (Java, REST APIs, Web services, etc.).

- Experience with workflow design, process automation, and integration with backend systems.

- Solid understanding of business process management and process automation principles.

- Expertise in JavaScript, Java, and related development languages.

- Hands-on experience with web services, SOAP, REST, and other integration technologies.

- Knowledge of database systems like DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle, including query writing and performance tuning.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

- Certification in IBM BPM, BAW, or related technologies.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
